Elephant Pepper Supporters

We’d like to thank the following organizations and people for their contribution to the success of Elephant Pepper:

Wildlife Conservation Society Wildlife Conservation Society

A portion of the Elephant Pepper product sales directly benefits the Wildlife Conservation Society and its ongoing work to protect elephants and mitigate conflicts between humans and wildlife. Products like Elephant Pepper truly represent the frontiers of conservation, where human livelihoods, wildlife, and wild lands intersect. Elephant Pepper offers an elegant and pragmatic solution that directly benefits both wildlife and the local people who often live with large, sometimes dangerous animals.

Agricultural Support Program Agricultural Support Program, Zambia.

US Aid USAID- Market Access Trade and Enabling Policies (MATEP)
MATEP is designed to increase Zambia’s exports of agricultural and natural resource products into regional and international markets. The program is initially focusing on tourism and eight value chains: horticulture, chilli, honey, coffee, livestock, cotton, maize, and cassava. Exports of these eight, plus tourism, offer the greatest potential for growth over the project horizon, as well as for impact on Zambia’s economy and population. MATEP assist Elephant Pepper in export promotions through trade assistance in responding to opportunities as they arise.

Launch Logo Launch Group

Launch Group is a communications agency specializing in cause marketing and public relations activities for NGOs.

We are passionate supporters of the Elephant Pepper project, which we see as having  significance beyond its immediate community of beneficiaries – the African farmers and their families and African elephants.  Elephant Pepper has taken social entrepreneurial activity to a new level through its  farming innovations, and its unique global brand and commercial product line, creating an important roadmap for other humanitarian and conservation endeavours. Launch Group support Elephant Pepper’s ‘trade not aid’ philosophy which allows communities in underdeveloped nations to have greater control over their lives and their livelihood. We also love elephants.
