The elephant pepper “spice girls program” supports female agricultural students (17-26 year old) completing their one-year practical training as part of their agricultural studies.
The Spices Girls are trained in all aspects of chilli production and then provide training support to the community chilli projects thru the Elephant Pepper “Chilli coaching” program. As a Chilli Coach the girl’s prime function is to provide support and educate new farmers on all aspects of chilli production and conservation based farming methods.
The girls receive training in community interventions methods, learning valuable skills . Elephant Pepper Trains the Coaches, and then the coaches train the community growers.
